Wine trip - Champagne Epemay

法國香檳區之旅

We went to the south.

The weather still so cold with grey sky.

我們往北開出發到Epernay，展開了酒莊之行

冷冷的空氣中

天空鋪上一層灰灰的烏雲

In "La Cave à Champagne"

we went to this restaurant ate very nice lunch and drink nice wine.

在Epernay朋友預定了這間米其林推薦的餐廳來吃午餐

真的超好吃啦

酒也是搭配的超棒的

用餐時看到處都是法國人

害羞的我不好意思拍照

出來時看到有個英國人在門口拍照

在Epernay有超多的香檳酒莊可品酒

Epernay這個區域有100公里的酒窖

是世界最長

香檳也令這個城市致富

因為只有在法國香檳區出產的香檳

才可稱之為香檳

其它國家的都不是真正的香檳喔

香檳區三種法定品種
紅葡萄
黑比諾Pinot Noir
磨坊比諾Pinot Meunier
白葡萄
夏多內Chardonnay

在這間香檳酒莊看到了超多香檳啦

as you can see, it's really a lot a lot la.............

but in fact in this cave the Champagne is not best.

We went to visit this cave because the visit is very nice, there is a little train.

這間酒莊很適合參觀

因為有英文導遊而且有一個小火車

裡面也相當華麗

但我覺得這間香檳酒就還好

I LOVE CHAMPAGNE LA

This is an other cave can drink Champagne too.

and it's really best Champagne. 

反而是這間的香檳就真的超好喝的啦

雖然一小杯要6歐

還是要給它花下去

這是香檳酒的葡萄田

And go to see the cathedral of Troyes

接著又繼續朝南邊出發

在Troyes這個城市稍做停留

看到了我最愛的美麗教堂

The houses are very old, from the medieval ages and it is protected by the UN

(see the yellow house)

這有很多名店街

而且有很多古老的建築

在我身後這間黃色的房子

大家看它是不是歪歪的呀

After we went to "VILLENEUVE L'ARCHEVEQUE"

Live in a very beautiful hotel

Have a very big and nice garden.

"AUBERGE DES VIEUX MOULINS BANAUX"

之後又開到了VILLENEUVE L'ARCHEVEQUE

住在這間漂亮的旅館

有非常大的花園

and after diner, the owner let us to have a walk outside with Luc.

 He was very happy to go outside,

and we know why  when he made a big pipi...

晚餐依舊是餐前小點到甜點

搭超多的酒啦

我記得主菜是鵝肝松露吧

搭一支超好喝的白酒

實在太好喝了

朋友一口氣買了6支

從7點半吃到快11點

但只有我一個亞洲人

害羞的我不好意思拍照咩

餐後和旅館主人的狗"路可"去散步

它非常開心

因為它在草地上撒了一大泡尿啦

哈哈哈
